This report was completed in November 2014 by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory of the US Dept of Energy. The report provides a high level overview of the developing U.S. solar loan product landscape for both a market and economic perspective. Covered are current and potential solar lending institutions, loan products, program structures, lender risks/opportunities, and an economic analysis comparing third party-financed loan products.
