This article was prepared in February 2020 by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and BrainBoxAi. It presents a Unified Architecture (UA) for automated point tagging of Building Automation System (BAS) data, based on a combination of data-driven approaches. The information will be useful for building developers and operators, engineers, and system integrators.
