ASHB Refund Policy

Membership Refunds

The Association for Smarter Homes & Buildings (ASHB) operates on a membership-based model. Once payment is made for an ongoing membership, refunds are not provided. Memberships are billed annually, and cancellations must be submitted by email.

Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership up until the annual payment cycle date. Cancellation requests must be made by email. If a membership is not canceled before the annual payment cycle date, the member will be billed for the next year’s membership fee.

Research Product Refunds

ASHB also offers various research products for purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any of our research products.

Research Projects

In the event that a research project is canceled, ASHB will refund the project funders in full. We are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in our research initiatives.

Price Changes

Prices for memberships and research products are subject to change. ASHB will provide a 30-day notice of any price changes.

Terms in Other Languages

Upon request, ASHB can supply the terms and conditions of membership and purchases in other languages to accommodate our diverse member base.
